This balsamic vinegar is aromatic and refreshing, offering a delightful interplay of sweet and tangy flavors. Its smooth body and naturally fruity finish make it a versatile companion for both savory and sweet creations.

Recipes:

Appletini Zest Arugula Salad with Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of arugula
  • 1 Honeycrisp or fuji apple, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup toasted walnuts
  • ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp Ripe Red Apple & Lemon Balsamic
  • 3 tbsp Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine arugula, sliced apples, walnuts, and goat cheese.
  2. In a small jar, whisk together the balsamic and Arbequina EVOO with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss lightly.
  4. Serve immediately for a fresh, fruity, and peppery bite.

 

Appletini Zest Balsamic Glazed Chicken with Blood Orange Olive Oil

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Ripe Red Apple & Lemon Balsamic
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat Blood Orange Olive Oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear chicken thighs for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a small bowl, mix balsamic, honey, garlic, and thyme.
  5. Lower heat to medium and pour the mixture into the skillet, simmering until it thickens into a glaze (about 2–3 minutes).
  6. Spoon glaze over chicken before serving. Pairs wonderfully with roasted vegetables or wild rice.
