Shipping Cost 

Olive Ventura ships within the United States and uses various carriers depending on location and package size. Most orders will be received within 4-5 business days. We will provide confirmation of your order and tracking number when it is available from the carrier.

Olive Ventura has a flat rate shipping cost of $11.99 for the 48 continuous states and $18.99 for Alaska and Hawaii.

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping online with Olive Ventura, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, contact us because we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on new, unopened items. You may return unopened items in the original packaging within seven (7) days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.

If seven (7) days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Note: Credit card purchases will receive any credit due back to the original card and are subject to the credit card company return policies, which may take up to 10 business days or longer to process. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
